sweetriot riotBar of your choice.. 3.5 ounces (chopped up)
1/2 cup to 1 cup of whipping creme...
Start to bring whipping creme to a light simmer..
Fold in chopped sweetriot, continue to stir until creamy..
This produces a small bowl of fondue suitable for 2 people..
Double the recipe for more fondue...
Dip with your favorite fruit, strawberries, bananas, pineapple as an example..
