Beware of the heat - protect your sweetriot chocolate!

It is so hot in NYC!   I was just telling a friend it is like winter except there are 'gusts of heat' rather than 'gusts of snow.'    Just beware that you should protect your sweetriot chocolate by always keeping it in safe, shady spots and ideally always under 72 degrees.  Contrary to popular belief, chocolate does not belong in the refrigerator... just put it in cool, dry places.
