In a day and age where being arrested is no longer frowned upon, but instead gives you "street cred" and they wear it like a badge of honor, this sort of thing will continue and no doubt get worse. They are already in jail and can't behave themselves like human beings and stacking up more charges on them are is almost inanely ridiculous. So thats all is true...
