I stopped by Seattle, one of my favorite cities, for business recently and couldn't resist stopping by Tom Douglas' Palace Kitchen. It's an old standby of mine and Marissa was in from LA too. We learned they had a happy hour with small dishes one of which was made up of 'exotic cucumbers' from the Pacific Northwest. Seriously, who knew?! (Bonus photo from the plane of Mt.
