I met Colin Farrell on the street at Sundance and asked him if he wanted some chocolate. He said in his THICK Irish accent, "Sorry, sweetie, I'm on a diet." Too bad his posse was moving too fast to even hear more - sweetriot is only 1-2 calories per 'peace' and absolutely perfect for Colin's diet. He's missing out! :) (Check out his film here -In Bruges - it opened Sundance!)
On the other hand, Freddy Rodriquez happily ate sweetriot and was quite sweet.

Last night the Sundance Film Festival went dark! Imagine it's 10 pm and everyone is out on the Main Street of Park City... All of sudden the street along with every bar, restaurant, and party went completely pitch dark. I've been to 7 Sundance Film Festivals and this was a first!

I was so happy to travel to San Juan over break. New Year's Eve there was amazing - let's just say the Puerto Ricans know how to celebrate. I traveled with one of my favorite Latin friends, Rosina. Most evenings lasted until at least 3 a.m. :) Here are a few of my favorite places - New Year's Eve at the El San Juan Hotel, Xmas Lights on the streets of Old San Juan, and the beautiful pool at the El San Juan.
It's a new year and we're excited to be a part of the NY Times Small Business Summit. This is a great place for entrepreneurial resources for all of you out there starting your own businesses. Definitely look out for the Fall live event too -- it brought together a great mix of folks this past year.
I'm so excited for 2008! With each new year comes a set of new challenges and this year will be no different for sweetriot! I hope you had a great New Year's! Don't forget we're always open to feedback if you have ideas for us!
