My mom and Bill decided to adopt a puppy a few months ago and even before my mom brought Susie home, she inquired about 'official sweetriot mascot' status. Now the team and I did discuss this idea but thought it might be confusing since dogs cannot eat cacao & chocolate - for some reason chocolate does not agree with their system, and they can have a toxic and fatal reaction. Thus, we had to deliver the bad news to my mom - no mascot status for Susie.
However, I finally had a chance to meet Susie this weekend, and she is a total rioter (and a rare sable color). As you can see above, she even chose the sweetriot tin over her very own bone. (Although she wasn't allowed to peek inside and eat the cacao as it would make her sick.) Considering this new revelation and her adoration for the tin, I would like to declare her the official 'unmascot' for sweetriot. This grants her special status to play with empty tins when I am home as well as special recognition for her jumping and generally silliness. Mom, are you happy now? This 'unmascot' title is huge. :)
